Mysore - a city in south of India and birth place of Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga, brought about to us by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. There is no need of further introduction to him or his legacy.
In this unique class you will not be led through asanas by the teacher (don't panic, stay with me:)), but you will practice Asanas to the rhythm of your breath, closely watched by a teacher and individually adjusted.
Sequence is always the same, hence easy to memorize. You can practice all or part of the full flow. It is best if you know your asanas by heart, but we will turn blind eye if you still need a cheat-sheet to help you through ;]
Still a group class, but your focus is towards your own pace and feel of your practice.
A must try for all Ashtangis!
