The Mysore style is the unique and only class where you can show up knowing nearly nothing about Ashtanga or even about Yoga itself!
This is where you will start the journey in a safe, guided way, step by step developing body strength, flexibility, understanding of connection to your breath your body and starting what we call a personal practice.
This class needs no explanation to already practitioners of Ashtanga, no matter what level is your practice. Just join at wherever pace you feel comfortable with, ask questions, ask your teacher for explanation or adjustment - whatever you need, you name it:)
The class may take from as little as 30min to 90min depending on your own and your practice needs. It’s up to you - take the whole 90min, come to the class later or leave sooner. Just make sure to allow not less than 30min of practice.
